Alice Bao | Founder, Creative Producer
Alice is a multidisciplinary technical creator with over 5 years of hands-on experience in extended reality (XR), spanning virtual reality (VR) research, product design, and immersive storytelling. Her work has focused on VR-based cognitive and behavioral research, allowing her to bring a human-centered perspective to every immersive experience she builds.
As a senior product designer, Alice has led end-to-end XR development processes, from concept to deployment, merging technical execution with thoughtful user experience design. Her strength lies in integrating product development and game mechanics to craft VR experiences that are both emotionally compelling and functionally seamless.
With extensive Unity and real-time 3D workflow experience, Alice is capable of building complex interactive systems, designing intuitive interfaces, and optimizing performance for deployment across VR platforms like Meta Quest and HTC Vive. She regularly leads and collaborates with engineers, artists, and sound designers to prototype and iterate on spatial experiences that balance creative vision with technical feasibility.
Hunter Sparagna | Artist
Hunter is a 3D Artist with a deep-rooted love for game art and design. Throughout his journey, he’s had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the gaming, toy design, and education sectors, wielding tools such as ZBrush, Maya, 3Ds Max, Unreal Engine, and more to breathe life into visionary ideas.
Hunter’s expertise in sculpting has enabled him to create realistic, detailed props and environments that elevate the overall gaming experience. Over time, he has also developed a strong command over rigging and animation, contributing to diverse gameplay experiences.
Gabrielle Logsdon | Creative Director
Gabrielle is a project manager with five years of experience as a professional English educator. She has supported the progress of over 800 in-person and virtual students using a range of learning management platforms. Her background in education, combined with a deep understanding of educational law and a commitment to equity, allows her to prioritize accessibility and inclusion in every project she leads.
Gabrielle brings a strong sense of storytelling and a refined ability to provide clear, goal-oriented feedback–skills that translate seamlessly into managing cross-functional teams and delivering impactful AR experiences. Above all, she is dedicated to creating user-and client-centered solutions from start to finish.
